  I did not receive the closed cartridge box pictured and the box I received was opened and taped back with no assurance of the exact date on the enclosed cartridge. I responded to the seller but got no response at all. I would not deal with this person again.

  I'm not sure what happened, but when I received the toner cartridge, some of the parts were detached, and toner was spilled everywhere. Although the box was sturdy, the packaging inside wasn't secure, allowing the toner cartridge to move around. I believe the rough handling during shipping caused the parts to come loose. On the bright side, the seller didn't give me any trouble and refunded me promptly, thank you hhsupp42. I'm leaving this comment to suggest better packaging next time.
