Buy a better speaker!
Save your money and invest in a set of Infinity Kappa or comparable speakers! The kickers work, they sound just as lousy as the stock dual cone speakers they replaced. The tweeters on them are terrible, the highs are borderline offensive when you really feed them some power, not crisp at all just noisy. These speakers remind me of the generic junk that was for sale in the 90s by low end brands like California etc. Just my .02 but Id never buy another Kicker brand product after these.

Excellent speakers at a great price!
1 of 1 found this helpful I have been using Infinity Kappa speakers since 1997, since then Ive bought and installed over 25 sets including home audio speakers. They have always sounded crystal clear, bright, produce great bass, no distortion, great power handling and come with perfect mounting hardware. They do perform well under all conditions but I’ve found that they really come alive with a high power mosfet head unit or being driven with good amplifier. I still have the same set of green Kappa 6x9’s in the back of my truck that were installed back in 99 and they still sound great!

As good as factory
The cap I got in took a while to get here, the cap itself is as good as factory, it may be factory to be honest with you. The keys were very lightweight, I took my bikes key and this cap to a local locksmith and had them make it work with my keys, problem solved! If your EX500 needs a gas cap buy it, it will take 3 weeks to come in but its worth it.
