Great XLR patch cables
This is a great set of 4 6' audio patch cables. They are color coded, not very long (6') good for intermediate patches, pre to power amp, effects connections etc. They're fairly sturdy and well made. Good value!

Great drum machine
3 of 3 found this helpful The SR 16 is one of the most popular drum machines out there. It's quite versatile, has over 200 drum sounds and both preset and user definable patterns to choose from The drum sounds are quite accurate. It has a somewhat steep learning curve and takes some time to set up personalized drum sets. For use with MIDI, it does not conform to the GM or GS standard so if you're feeding it General MIDI drums, you'll have to create a drum set for it. There are also a few drum sounds now commonly used like Vibra-slap that are not on the SR16.
The cymbal sounds are better than some electronic drums I've heard and the touch sensitive pads are great for playing your own drums. All in all, a great value!

Useful adapter for getting audio from HDMI, good price.
My primary purpose in buying this is to extract audio from an HDMI signal. I have a cable box (Google Fiber) connected to a monitor without speakers and I'm using a separate sound system. So I tried the VGA connector which works fine, but I'm not generally using it. Just splitting the HDMI and taking the audio with this adapter. It seems to work well.
