It works.
I ordered this part for my ex-mother-in-law in Central America. She broke the screen of her iPhone 5c and all of the repair shops quoted her ridiculous prices to replace the screen. I brought this part to her and she found a guy to install it for a small fee. It works the same as the original. The texture of the replacement screen is a little bit different—it feels cheaper—but so far there is no difference in functionality. I recommend it as a cost-effective option for an older phone.
