Fluffy marketing and a poor product
I succumbed to clever marketing and found this product very disappointing. I don't find the colour vibrant at all or the texture useful. You have to use a fixative to seal it to your artwork which causes other mediums to bleed. You need a special applicator to use the product which is not included and its not indicated that you need it.
There are no instructions in the packaging to orient the successful use of the product. The swatch card doesn't work as its too glossy for the product to adhere too. Frankly I'm miffed.
and I found it bewildering. I'm a seasoned Artist and I'm plain stumped what I'll use this palette for, its such a poor product/concept. The colour range in this palette looks pretty but isn't at all that vast either with colours almost the same duplicated- all pinks swatch the same pink, reds the same value of red.
Jane Davenport does great job of marketing her products but you cant get the same results without buying all her stuff which is way too expensive.
Very disappointed that its impossible to return this after its been used- because you have to use it to see just how overrated it is.
Sorry I don't like this product at all and except I paid $30 for it I'd throw it in the bin.

A 'must have' book for the Metal Clay enthusiast.
This book takes you on a learning journey which if you are a metal clay enthusiast is a 'must have' The book includes a DVD which is surprisingly helpful to the beginner and a valuable resource. I love Kate McKinnons work and her innovation. The book is easy to follow.
