Great, and all you could ask for, minus color of the base

This is a perfect replacement for any handset for these panasonic phones. Perfect in every way, except for the color of the bottom half of the charging base. The top part is standard gray, whereas the bottom part isn't the dark gray of the original base. It's more like ivory. This small cosmetic change may or may not be important for you, but it is worth mentioning.
