I did have to prompt the seller to ship the item a week after purchasing, but when I asked about when it would ship, I never got a response but the seller got it out the next day.     Seller printed out the mailing label so I got a tracking number, but they did not drop it in the mail for over a week until I messaged for an update. They did not reply to the email; however, I got a shipping update later that day. Item in fine condition.

Defective but if was in expensive and they probably didn't realize it.
The disk is defective. Songs 2-4 do not play. But I did purchase it for the song Need You Now and that plays. Also the disk was under five dollars including shipping.
