Seller requested more time for refund (Iess than $70.00) Contacted again and seller replied would refund. When notified seller never received refund he again asked for patience because he had problem with bank payment and only had less than $2.00 in bank. Unable get help on line from Ebay because it is showing the case is closed and refund made. Notice another buyer had same problem with receipt and refund.

They then sent another email 2 weeks after that stating they just received the funds to ship the item if I still wanted it. 5 weeks after ordering the item I received a refund from eBay not the seller. The seller lied about shipping the item and did not communicate at any point that they had not yet shipped it or were having issues with funds.
