Audio-Technica ATH-M40X Professional Monitor Headphones

Great sound at an equally great pricepoint.

I've tried out plenty of headphones but nothing quite itches in the right area for the price like the ATH-M40X's do. They're comfortable out-of-box with every pair I've owned, which is a real blessing that is unfortunately not a part of many headphones. The sound quality is great and even better if you invest a bit into amps. The only problem is that the cords are proprietary and can make it a pain to replace the cords or modify the headphone.
