Good steel
Using it to make some woodcarving knives. Works well and holds an edge.

Weaver 401s pistol base mount
First it matches my S&W model 686. It is light but very strong. Mounting is simple. Both my reflex dot scope or my Burris pistol scope mount easily and securely. Can't beat the value for price.
