  This was a very unpleasant transaction. I have sold on ebay since 2001. This buyer has 9 purchases. She claimed a sealed perfume was alcohol and I did not want to pay listed shipping cost. I gave her a speedy refund and had her keep the perfume since she opened the packaging. It is unfortunate that this type of buyer did not share an accurate feedback note.
