Fixed problem
Sink was leaking not at faucet but at the handle, Delta rep stated this was the needed part. Wasn't hard to get out or replace. No more leak....great deal.

Great but I need a LOT ore from The Stuttering Idiot if he does a 2nd book.
While the book IS great and I DO recommend it it WAS a lil short...like 200 pages.
