  Seller listed item as new/open box. The earbuds I received had a large build up of ear wax in them. I contacted the seller and seller denied the earbuds belonged to them. I requested a refund, after several communications. I returned the item, and seller opened a case against me. I did receive a full refund. I called and reported them to ebay. Beware this seller uses a stock photo and sends items not as described. DO NOT BUY FROM VENACAVA69!!!!!
