  Arrived on time and as described. Leaving neutral as the seller had contacted me to attempt to get me to pay extra shipping through paypal, which is red flags galore. And also wanted me to pay additional handling to "help cover the supplies like tape, packing, etc." I refused at this point to pay any extra than the invoice was already sent for. The item was shipped and did arrive without further issue.
