Basic and cheap functionality
If you need some cheap clips for very infrequent use then these would do, otherwise they are not very durable. The material is very thin and when they are made the bend around the jaw can show initial split in the steel of a millimeter or more where it has been bent into shape and then splits where it is stretched too much. Where they show cracks upon delivery I would not expect them to last long before the split extends and the jaws then fail and bend open. Basic, cheap and you get what you pay for at this price.

Welds ok adn does the job
The manual is missing information as to how the current dial and the digital current actually change the real current delivered to the spot weld. Trial and error deduction as to the end result...
The plug that is provided for UK is not fused and a 20A internal offeres protection so not in line with regulations for 13A maximum rating for plug sockets but it offers a way to connect it quick. The main issue if using it at home is that a 30A circuit breaker (normal for your socket ring main) may tend to trip when welding at full current as the spot surge will trip the breaker off. When the current is reduced it should not trip or trip as frequently.

Surprisingly ok for the price - not technically 2mp
Image wise it is a typical 640x480 low cost webcam type of image, however with the zoom it provides a surprisingly good image for the zoom distance considering the price.
Under windows 10 the device drivers are automatically picked up and shows up as a Lenovo EasyCamera with 640x480 resolution. The camera uses a Genesys Logic USB chip and the driver date at the time of writing was 24 Mar 2016. The CD contains a single executable that will have an older driver as it is dated 2015 so for W10 just plug it in.
The image shutter is a rolling scan of the CCD so anything other than a fixed position will result in a clear (if you have enough light) but skewed image during movement and it is really intended for static mount only. With a static camera position (no vibration) the image is clear and stable. Manual focusing on the top works well.
Good value for the capability at this price point - yes.
