Mad..sad... Not satisfying

I bought a 360 Xbox delivered no power cord said it's coming later so I went and bought one an Xbox where the power button is has a red ring around it that says there's something the matter with it it don't write up it don't show up it don't nothing on the TV so no I give it so poor rating I just wanted my money back never will I go through eBay again ever have a nice day
