  I won the auction on the 7th of October. It is now the 16th and the graphics card has yet to ship. eBay said it would arrive on the 14th. I have tried contacting the seller on three separate occasions and I have received no response to anything. Yesterday I finally put in a request for a refund and I have still heard nothing from the seller. Absolute scam.
