Excellent workouts
You have to try this workout, its never the same thing each workout is different so you never get bored. The trainer jody is a very likable guy who keeps pushing you. When he says you will drink a bottle of water during a workout hes not lying. The price is great no disrespect to beachbody but this is fraction of the cost of there workout programs and ript90 could stand along side anything beachbody has to offer. Bottom line give it a legitimate shot and you won't be disappointed.
