  A deal indeed thanks for the great once in a lifetime opportunity! This deal was well under priced but things happen when they do ya gotta take advantage. The Diner is great and I think I found a motor for the smoke unit already I'll know when it arrives. Operating water tower, switching tower, girder bridge, Hard Rock Cafe, station platform, some trees, people, did I miss anything! Thank you very much for everything and the care of packing.
