Used this product before and wanted smaller qty this was perfect size and prefect price. I did not sand blast surface so didnt have to use marine cleaner etc, i just used iron brush to get rust off and painted por 15 on and it stuck very good, only mistake i used in the summer and left frame out for about 2 months and uv made it dull, but i should of coated it.
