more durable than they seem
1 of 1 found this helpful You can tell that these tubes are not bulletproof, and they could easily be punctured or slashed by a sharp object, but we have bottomed out on many rough river rocks, and scraped over the top, and the tubes haven't gotten any leaks so far. We had some black tractor inner tubes that can't take the same amount of abuse as these. We've been pleasantly surprised at how much abuse they can endure.
