2014 MODEL AND ISN'T UPDATABLE
This is a 2014 model. While it appears brand-new and not used, as soon as we booted it up, it told us that it can no longer receive automatic updates that "keeps the software secure and speedy, and provide you with the latest features." So while it is unused, it is NOT NEW. For the price you are better off spending a little more on a brand new model. We tried to use it to do a class zoom meeting and it could not support it. Ordering a brand new model from Best Buy for $40 more and returning this one.
