Great for those with a passion for science!
If you are interested in science, it is a great book. It have to push myself to read it as science is of limited interest to me. Book was used but like new!

Abba Eban's Civilization and the Jews
It's a fascinating history. I had seen the book before, and all the pictures led me to believe it wasn't a serious book. I couldn't have been more incorrect. What Eban has done is put Jewish history, beginning with the first Jew, Abraham, to the present state of Israel, and placing that Jewish history into the context of the history of the great powers of the world. This history is so well written and so compelling that I cannot put the book down.
