The product is a great IPTV contant router. the 4K and 4k Max have great HD resolution and storage capabilities. Though, the product in general has a defalt that causes it to blank out its contant. Simply factory reseting it usually resolve the problem. If you misplace the original remote,
Simply reprogram another Amazone fire stick remote by holding down the OK botton and return arrow together to per the remote with the replacement fire stick. No more buying new device because you lost your original remote.
