Great title
2 of 2 found this helpful What I love about this book are the wonderful recipes and the excellent historical information about the various spices that are included. I decided to buy this book because the one I had purchased over thirty years ago became so fragile it was falling apart. I tried making contact with the company of origin to no avail. It became so frustrating to piece together the index in order to find the page I wanted. I have a cabinet full of cookbooks but this one I use several times a week. I was exceedingly happy to fine this book on ebay.

Excellent title
