Doesn't work well with Linux
This dongle contains chip RTL8818CUS which doesn't work well with Linux Mint due to some compatibility and driver issues. I bought it to use with a laptop converted to Linux not knowing it would be an issue. That's not the manufacturer's fault. I found it easier to purchase a dongle with a different chip rather than try to figure out the details and download the drivers.
It is a good wifi dongle for raspberry pi and I have other uses for it as well.

Ooops! Nope, it doesn't work on Raspberry Pi
This card works well for data storage in my computer and tablet. It does NOT work for booting the Raspberry Pi, but it does work for data storage when plugged into the Pi's usb port via the adapter.

Get the White One!
Get the white one. It is easier to read in low light.
This one also has back light that doesn't flash and disrupt your sight...the back light stays steady.
