  I used it, but not "as new". A hole had been drilled out due to a factory flaw. This was not disclosed. Not bad enough to return for the price (hence no negative feedback), but not disclosed by seller, either. Had I known, I would have taken a pass. Also, this item should have been boxed (especially for $9.00 shipping). Instead , it was wrapped in cardboard, put in an envelope and marked fragile (as if USPS cares or the postperson who shoved it in my mailbox).
