I've have gen 1 Driveracks for over 10 years now. Wonderful speaker system processors if you know what their limitations are: crossover, some parametric eq per band, basic limiter per band and a graphic eq. The new DRPA2 has much better filters, far better UI (because of the ipad/android support), more filters and a good auto EQ. I don't use any sub harmonic synth or feedback functions. Is it worth it? For me, I use all passive speakers and a driverack in each amp rack. All speaker combinations are stored so no repatching. turn on and go. For a powered speaker user this may be redundant, depends if you need auto eq or any feedback killer. Be careful as with any device like this, you can ruin a good sounding system quickly if you don't know what you're doing
