    The listing stated /399; yet, I received a non-serial #'d base card. I assumed this was a description error by the seller. When I contacted the seller to return the card, though, the seller told me that I was wrong, and that the S/N is #1. Lol. He ended up issuing a refund, but wasting my time arguing about the S/N lowered his feedback from positive to neutral.
