Plantronics Voyager 5200 Premium HD Bluetooth Headset with WindSmart Technology
07 July 2019
Received a defective headset. The microphone does not work at all.
Contacted customer support on Wednesday before a Thursday holiday. No response on Friday and they're closed on the weekend. Will update when resolved. Like the headset very much otherwise. Sound quality is very good on my end. Note that the earpiece does not extend as far into the ear as older Plantronics headsets. This makes it difficult if not impossible to fit securely when wearing glasses. Can't review microphone performance at all.

Nice bike for a casual rider
You will love this bike if you know what you are getting. In my honest opinion, the quality of this bike far surpasses that of anything you will find in one of the big box stores. In my experience, the frame is stronger and lighter, and the components are of higher quality. This is a bike that you can take around town or do some mild off-roading. It is not a bike for the serious mountain biker. Sure it can be ridden off road, and for most people it will do it just fine. I would even say that it will do as well or better than many 'serious' mountain bikes from a decade or more ago. Take it out and beat it up. It will most likely do the job. Just expect to do more maintenance or even replace a component or two. Keep in mind that some of the upgraded components are two, three (or more) times more expensive than the ones on this bike. That's not a bad thing. That is why the price point on this bike is where it is. If you want more, pay for it up front, don't complain about the bike. If you don't want to overspend, but want a good solid bike that will do most of what you need it to do for many, many years... then buy this bike, do some regular cleaning, lubing and routine maintenance, and you be happy that you did.
