PANASONIC AG-DV2500P MiniDV DV Player Recorder May Have Issues, Please Read!

Could not get tge black bars out of the video!
As soon as I received the unit I cleaned the heads with a cleaning tape and checked all if tge functions in the menu and was unable to remove the black bars . They were not vertical instability. The drum only had 35 hours on it but I could not find any one in Mobïle to look at and estimate repairs.
