So far, So good... Very Pricey
I use the boom w/ a modular helmet, wife uses fixed mic in a full face.
The boom is surprisingly stiff and stays exactly where I put it. The scroll wheel volume is easy and intuitive to adjust while riding. The sound is very good to excellent and the time the mic is open after speaking can be a little long (wind noise noticeable) but not bad. Have not tested range yet, or interactions w/ other riders (too pricey to be common). Also have not tried Bluetooth (music or intercom) yet. I had to give 4 stars b/c of the untested features and mostly b/c of the steep price. There are less expensive ways to do what we do. I just wanted the future-proofing it promised. My daughter may get one someday (if someone gives her a winning lottery ticket...) so we can test the distance and meshing features.

My daughter said it was a "good read".
I order this for my daughter as a requested Christmas gift and she enjoyed it.
