Gideon advanced series Shiatsu massager
Like a massage therapist, in my living room, but at most i've just needed it 3 times daily, especially, when it relaxes so much, that i have to cat nap right afterwards. On the second day of use, it had loosened up tension in my shoulder blade, giving me improved movement of my right arm. This is a purchase that i'm going to be thanking myself for, indefinitely. I read the bad reviews and I can see where they're coming from, but i'm so happy I bought the Gideon, regardless of the negative ratings; it does give a deep tissue massage, it is something to get used to, with its kneading motion, aggressively loosening up back tension, just be mindful not to nod off while using it, or press into it too much, and it shouldn't make you sore. The design is sleek, and it's just 42watts, so with a 100 watt power inverter plugged into the car cigarette lighter, it could be taken on the road, be mindful of this disclaimer, it causes drowsiness.

3rd day of supplementing
1 of 1 found this helpful Clarity of thinking, more verbal, speech is more fluent and sciatica seems to be alleviated a little bit. I'm taking the vitamin along with activia yogurt, during breakfast and with Tropicana orange juice, with lunch and dinner. I have a pill splitter, that spits and grinds the pill, to be split with each meal plan.
