Bad craftsmanship
1 of 4 found this helpful I gave one star rating because I had expected more from Bose. Craftsmanship on this QC 30 is bad like the ear pieces that doesn’t fit right.1. Every time when I move my head is that I hear like a squeaking noise from the suction. 2. If I wore more than an hour it would hurt my ear channel. 3. Most importantly is that charging port is not aligned right with the casing so it’s somewhat a challenge to plug in the charging cable.

Good phone with many apps available
1 of 2 found this helpful I had this phone for about six months already and still works. Before this phone I was devoted windows phone user and I am not going back. I had many problems with the windows phone, like crashing and freezing, so I had to reboot very often. With the I phone I only rebooted when my os was updated. Only draw back is battery life is getting weaker, besides that it's a good phone.

Very light, does the job
When I first opened the package and thought it was a toy, but I was surprised that it did the job as described and more. I was surprised that I can cut up to 3/4" thick with this machine. Only downside was that the original battery that came with was too small and ran out of power too fast.
