Not of Marine Grade....
As per earlier reviews: very cheaply made. Chromed plastic surround. Screwheads are molded into the housing. While not suitable for extended exterior use on a boat that is exposed to the elements, I did use them for interior foot well lighting. LED's are sufficiently bright for that particular use.

The Other Side of the River by Alex Kotlowitz
0 of 1 found this helpful Mr. Kotlowitz sought an answer to an unanswerable question in the death of Mr. McGinnis. Nothing was settled by his efforts. He did, however, roil the waters of race relations in the Twin Cities. The book presented an excellent analysis on the disintegration of a once thriving and prosperous city. On the other hand, he implicitly deplores the efforts of the OTHER Twin City to avoid the self-same collapse. Mr. Kotlowitz presents the case of "white flight" without explaining the biggest cause thereof.
Benton Harbor was a working class city whose citizens, like most of middle-class America, have their homes as their major investments. And if, whatever the reason, that investment begins to show a negative growth, what do you do? As a life long resident of the Twin Cityies area I can honestly say that the woes of Benton Harbor are due to a culture shift, not racial demographics. Change the culture, and the problems will solve themselves. The book, while interesting, was simply a sensationalistic hack job that played on the fears and prejudices of the readers.

Does what it's supposed to do. Bit difficult to install. Sanded a bevel on edge and that helped.
Bevel the edge and installs easier.
