Excellent cleaner not a cutter. No rubber is removed from the wiper.
The first and most important is the info which is not correct. It is not a cutter, it is a cleaner because the wiper tool has a rough grit like sandpaper between the walls of the unit that guides it along the wiper blade. It does remove all debris and dirt that is stuck on the wiper blade.
I found it to be an good asset in keeping the wiper blades clean and in good shape.

Packaging and installation
The packing was adequate but all the material used should have been ESD approved. ESD means Electrostatic Discharge which exist in the packaging. It can decrease the life expectancy of the CPU because of its static discharge that read on my tester over 6000 volts. It was protected, but only at the CPU level, not the external envelope. Leakage on the sides of the envelope can occur during transportation.
The installation was easy and the CPU is performing very well.

Memory Condition was like new and as per picture and manufacturer.
The memory was professional packed in an ESD bag. This is to protect the memory from being damaged by electrostatic discharge by handling it inappropriately. The memory was in excellent condition and was accepted by the PC instantly.
