Nikon 0.5X objective lens.
The objective lens screws onto the bottom of the microscope head. The 0.5X lens cuts the power of the microscope in half. This objective lens increases the working distance (distance from bottom of microscope head to part you are viewing) under the microscope which can be very helpful at times.

Good for making resistance measurements into the high megaohm range.
Use it regularly for making strain gage bridge resistance readings to ground. Makes accurate high megaohm readings.
