Not worth your time.

The book is basically a women telling you to do obvious thing as if that's all that it takes to change ingrained tendencies and attitudes gained in your upbringing, while offering no insight on how to achieve what she she seems to think are easy goals. She says things like "stop doubting your ability" as if that's all there is to it. For me this book was a waste of time.
