Did not receive a Frigidaire OEM 130V 40W bulb. It was an aftermarket 120V 40W clear bulb that costs $3.00 retail. I returned the bulb for a full credit of $13.90.

It works!
Was using Jublia for almost one year per doctors request. Decided to try this after the Jublia side effect appeared of red irritated skin near the infected nails. This stuff works much better than Jublia and is less expensive. Results were noticeable in a few days. Jublia costs over $100 per bottle.
