Thunderbolt 3 Rocks!

I have 2 monitors, wireless headset in usb, scanner via usb, laser printer via usb, a google mesh puck via ethernet, wireless mouse, wireless keyboard... and they all work flawlessly. I have room for 1 more monitor too...(someday I'll do that). I love that I can simply turn off the laptop from the windows screen, then everything goes dark. Unplug the laptop (that is under constant charge - I have it set to top out at 90% charged to save over charging of the battery... One thing I need to mention is that you MUST turn off laptop before re-connecting to docking station or the wireless peripherals will not work when reconnecting the laptop. I love the 1 thunderbolt wire to make everything come alive... not a bunch of wires coming off my laptop. BTW, I also have a flash drive stick that I sometimes plug into the laptop when it's on the dock. All the USB ports continue to function normally on the laptop when it's plugged into the dock. This is a great system and truly portable alternative to a clunky desktop configuration. My laptop is the Carbon X1 (6th Gen). Love that too!!! Very solid machine. Set up in pic is on a VariDesk standing desk... love that too!
