After receiving and reviewing the Babylisspro LO-PRO FxOne Trimmer from this company. I found out it was fake and very poor quality. I compared two real ones and the were not the same as the one I bought from these people. After confronting them about it, they did not let me start a return nor gave me a refund. Worst experience with this company/ business.
