Do not buy 802 I cartridges. They are for printers that have never been set up yet. If you have already used your printer, these will not work.
4 of 5 found this helpful Be very careful. I was looking for the 802XL cartridges and found these and was certainly happy with the price. I did not realize that I was looking at the 802 I cartridges which are the initial cartridges. If you have already used the initial cartridges that came with your printer, then these are completely worthless. You will get an error message stating: Initial cartridge detected. The printer is already initialized. Your printer will not get out of this error message with these cartridges in place. Thus, this is a waist of money. I am not sure what purpose is served by selling initial cartridges. Seems like a bit of a scam.
