  Left in the dark regarding delivery haven't a clue when this will be delivered received no tracking information at all told it would be delivered 24-25 July which hasn't happened, am I supposed to just sit at home every day waiting to see if the delivery takes place?.

  Hi..I am sorry to hear about this. Rest assured your item was dispatched on the 21/07/24 via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. This service aims to deliver on the days stated however they do not guarantee this and hence it is beyond my control. The tracking number was updated on the system. This shows that your item was delivered to you on the 26/07/24 at approx. 10 am in the morning. Hope this matter is now resolved hence can you please revise the negative to a positive feedback.
