Great tyre
I've run a few different Vredestein tyres, these have the best damp / greasy road grip that I've ridden, without compromising dry performance. Only put around 900 miles on so far and no complaints other than they were a royal pain in the rear to get on - seemed tighter than Vittoria's, and those are notoriously tight. Big secret is to do a few dry runs with no tube in place so you stretch the bead a bit - oh, and get a Crank Speedier lever. Never swore so much trying to put a tyre on. Only demerit so far is they seem to pick up little cuts in the central area of the tread - running Vredestein Comp Race on front and its fine (with maybe another 500 miles on it) and this All Weather on the rear and i have 3 small cuts across the tread. Maybe its just susceptible to Houston area roads. Will be buying more.

Smooth and quiet
Not used it much so far, but WOW! This has to be the quietest and smoothest router I've ever used. Soft start up, so no sudden kick. Nice smooth speed control. Finish is nice, the only slight demerit has to be the plastic handles, the Bosch wooden ones are just a notch better - but... to get plunge and fixed bases for this price, I'm not going to complain. And, did I say how quiet it is? Even my wife commented on it.....

Great Product
I'd been struggling with tight beads for a while, taking almost superhuman effort sometimes to get popped over the rim and scoring on braking tracks from the Park Tool steel core levers. Now my Hutchinson Fusion 5's pop on really easily. After putting the tyre on normally most of the way round you hit the last 6-8 inches of tight bead Hook the arm under bead, put the groove over the other rim wall and pull back while using your thumb to keep the remaining tyre in place. Lever the bead up and over and snaps into place on the rim perfectly, leaving no marks on the rim. Works the same on my Open Pro, Ksyrium Elite and Kinlin XR31 rims. Just wish it wasn't quite so large to take on a ride - but that's what makes it easy to work with..... Well worth the money.
