Parcel torn & damaged but due to how item was constrained in its own package no damage resulted. Postage very slow, considering it came from the same state, took 10 days, Ordered & dispatched on 3 Nov. ,received on the 14 Nov. not impressed. Other than that, all good. AAAA+
