Delicious cookbook worth every penny spent
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this because I wanted to make some authentic Celtic food and this didn't disappoint. The recipes are very simple but delicious. The first thing I made was the lemon curd as a filling for my sons birthday cake and it was superb. I will never use another curd recipe because this one was the best I have ever tasted. Thank you Joanne Asala for creating such a wonderful culinary masterpiece.
