Perfect replacement
Product was exact replacement part and installed in about 5 minutes. Can't ask for anything more. Base price was right. Shipping and taxes more than doubled the cost.

Love the features
bought for an older person so I set it up. the directions were a little confusing at first but then it gets better. The older person got the basics right away and we will include the other features one at a time. overall I think I might get one of these myself. Only negative is that a robocall reminder from the doctor's office might not get through if it is a different number from the doctor's general number.
