My Wife calls it an addiction. I call it an investment!
I have loved using cast iron cookware for as long as I can remember. And recently I’ve started amassing a collection. Some pieces I restore to their original glory. Cook myself up something. Clean it, reseason up to perfection. And then pass the piece along to the next buyer to be able to enjoy ! Then I use the funds to buy something else cast iron. That’s the goal at least.
