Not For Instant Coffee Users, You Must Know Entry Level Aspects of Barista Techniques For A General Cup Of Espresso Coffee Beverages.

To make a long story as short as possible, I'm an "Instant" coffee type of guy and not an espresso type of guy, at least I thought. I ONLY purchased this product because of reviews online and the fact that I moved and the movers did not bring ANY of my kitchen stuff. I looked online to purchase the lost brand as a replacement and nothing was new, everything was used?? So I assumed the company [Tassimo/Bosch] was going out of business and then my search began. Based on reviews I became interested in customizing coffee beverages like a cappuccino or a Lotte. I chose "Prestigio" initially because there was NO clean-up issues. Everything seemed easy and simple however . . NOT TRUE. There are not a lot of dial in measurements to create your shots with the grinder SO . . . purchasing the right coffee bean brand is essential. Getting the right extraction per bean brand is also time consuming and costly! Lastly what is frothing?? lol. I have learned how to froth but went through so many different types of milks to finally find the right milk to froth. So aside from the learning curve . . .yes, I'd totally recommend this coffee machine! Customer Service is also very helpful as well. Once you've mastered your measurements, the right bean and milk, the machine is SUPER consistent which I love.

Simply beautiful. I love it. I'm leery of ordering furniture online but I nailed it. A little smaller than what I imagined but never the less. Great purchase.
