I have problem with the product
1 of 1 found this helpful Yesterday I connected at first time the IPod, everything was OK but Hearing aids do not work. I can not heard anything. I think the problem is with the connection of the iPod, because I tryied the headset on my celular phone and headphones work very well.
I must do to return the product because I bought to use it when I take my exercises every day. Please tell me what can I do to return you the IPod. Thanks a lot for your quick assistance with this matter. Thanks a Lot. Thelma
